What You’ll Do

- Speak with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities

- Help clients explore protection and planning options

- Provide clear recommendations based on client needs

- Maintain communication and follow up with prospective clients

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video

- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

This position offers performance-based income with strong earning potential.

Typical advisor earnings:

Year 1: $65,000 – $120,000Year 2+: $120,000+ for top performers

Your income will be directly tied to your production and client relationships.
