The Opportunity

- Location: Berlin, CT

- Schedule: Variable start and end times - full-time schedule with flexibility required, including some weekends

- Paid weekly

- No experience required – full training provided

Join a hands-on team that provides essential environmental services at industrial and commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in a high-demand industry. No experience necessary – we provide full training, safety gear, and support to help you succeed.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Perform hazardous waste cleanup, tank cleaning, and equipment decontamination

- Safely enter and work in confined spaces following all safety protocols

- Operate heavy equipment (training provided)

- Keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and in good working condition

- Report all work-related incidents or safety concerns promptly

- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

- Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

- Valid driver’s license required

- Able to read and follow standard procedures and safety documentation

- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and on-call emergencies

- Physically fit and able to wear full protective gear, including a full-face respirator

- Comfortable working in confined spaces and on your feet throughout the day

- Able to read, write, and understand English
