Field Sales Representative – U.S. Launch

ImpactBio is seeking motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product entering the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the frontlines of a high-impact commercial launch, building relationships with healthcare providers and driving patient usage of a clinically meaningful therapy.

Key Responsibilities

- In-person visits to healthcare providers, clinics, and specialty practices to educate and drive usage of the product.

- Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.

- Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.

- Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product with professionalism.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree required.

- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech field sales experience preferred; Women's Health experience strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own territory.

- Willingness to travel (50%+) and work independently. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
