As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all installation employees, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining the highest quality standards. ● Manage and supervise all installation employees, including fence installers, crew leaders, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
● Plan and schedule installation projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, deadlines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.
● Collaborate with the sales team to review project requirements, conduct site assessments, and provide accurate estimates and proposals to customers.
● Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among installation employees.
● Conduct regular inspections of completed installations to ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
● Resolve any installation-related issues or concerns promptly, communicating with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
● Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management on installation department performance.
● Stay informed about industry trends, new installation techniques, and emerging technologies, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
● Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and professional growth within the installation team.
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management or a related field is a plus.
● Proven experience in a management role within the installation or construction industry, preferably with a focus on fences or related products.
● Strong knowledge of installation methods, tools, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
● Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire installation employees to achieve goals.
● Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful installations.
● Proficiency in using project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
● Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to construction and installation activities.
● Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
