Fabricator / Welder (MIG) – Custom Industrial Fabrication

Now Hiring: Fabricator / Welder

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder

to join our team supporting the fabrication of

structural skid frames, modular equipment buildings, and custom industrial assemblies

for our turnkey automation solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who can

take ownership of a project and carry it from layout to final weld.

Our shop is focused on

custom fabrication — not repetitive production work — so attention to detail, craftsmanship, and initiative are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld structural skid frames from engineered drawings

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel (TIG experience is a plus)

• Layout, cut, fit, and assemble structural components

• Assist with pipe welding and fitting when needed

• Install metal sheeting (“tinning”) and insulation in modular buildings

• Maintain weld quality, alignment, and dimensional accuracy

• Work closely with engineering and project teams

• Independently manage fabrication tasks from start to finish

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of fabrication and welding experience

✔ Strong MIG welding skills (TIG preferred)

✔ Experience with structural steel fabrication

✔ Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication prints

✔ Self-starter who can work independently and complete projects from layout through final assembly

✔ Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
