Industrial Worker – Painting, Sandblasting & General Labour
We are looking for a versatile and mechanically skilled individual to join our team as an Industrial Worker. This hands-on role includes responsibilities such as industrial painting, sandblasting, fabrication support, and general labour.
• Prepare and paint industrial equipment using epoxies, urethane, and other coatings
• Mix paints and coatings to correct specifications
• Sandblast parts and equipment to prepare surfaces
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform general labour and fabrication tasks as needed
• Assist in assembling and preparing equipment for final delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical tasks
• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of fabrication and equipment assembly
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts (required)
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Own transportation required to and from our Mississauga facility
• Competitive hourly wage: $18–$28/hour, based on experience
• Consistent, full-time hours with early start times

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
