Industrial Painter/Sandblaster

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to join our team. As an Industrial Painter/Sandblaster, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces using airless paint spraying techniques. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting, cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint or coatings to surfaces

- Ensure proper coverage and thickness of paint or coatings

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application

- Handle materials and assemble parts as needed

- Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in industrial painting or related field Required

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate machinery

- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques

- Familiarity with materials handling and assembly processes

- Ability to perform precision measurements using appropriate instruments

- Experience operating a crane is desirable but not required

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment

- Experience with Internal Coatings is a bonus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
