· Rebuilding compressor valves and packing cases with precision and care
· Assisting machinists with shop operations and projects
· Operating shop equipment including lapping tables, surface grinders, manual lathes, milling machines, and more
· Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and components
· Keeping the shop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe
· Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and customers
· Experience in the compression industry (an asset, but not required)
· Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
· A strong work ethic and positive attitude
· The ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
· Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
