Key Responsibilities:
•Support daily administrative operations across finance, operations and HR departments.
•Work closely with the chief financial officer to support financial tracking, invoicing, expense management, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
•Use Excel to develop and maintain reports, budgets, and forecasts.
•Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and help implement efficient workflows across departments.
•Support payroll processing and employee benefits, employee records, and assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
•Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve processes.
•Perform various clerical duties as needed to support the team.
•Be a go-to resource for staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in a combined administrative, HR, or finance role—manufacturing experience a plus.
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for file management.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft software required.
•Excellent multitasking and time management skills; able to prioritize and stay organized.
•Solid understanding of HR basics, payroll, and general financial principles.
•Professional, approachable, and trustworthy, especially when handling confidential information.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
