What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of strategic administrative support, operations, and project management to keep the company running smoothly.
•Executive Support & Calendar Management – Own the founder’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and manage priorities.
•Email & Communication Management – Draft, review, and respond to high-level correspondence.
•Document & Process Management – Manage files, contracts, and streamline key business processes.
•Business Operations & Project Coordination – Assist in overseeing business operations, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
What You’ll Need
•3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff Support.
•Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or leadership teams in a fast-paced business.
•Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools (Asana), and CRM systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be drafting high-level emails and documents.
•A high degree of professionalism and discretion—you’ll be handling sensitive business information.
•An adaptable, problem-solving mindset—you anticipate needs and act proactively.
