Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) freelancer to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and delivers high-quality work with discretion and attention to detail. The EA will play a key role in enabling the CEO to operate efficiently and effectively by managing priorities, communication, and key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
•Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, email oversight, and timely correspondence.
•Prepare high-quality briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
•Communication and Coordination
•Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, leadership teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Draft, proofread, and manage confidential communications with professionalism and accuracy.
•Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and external engagements, including agenda preparation, logistics, and minutes
•Project and Workflow Management
•Track key deliverables, deadlines, and initiatives to ensure timely execution and follow-up.
•Support cross-functional projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment.
•Conduct research and prepare summaries or briefing documents as needed.
•Confidentiality and Discretion
•Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
•Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the CEO, maintaining a high level of judgment and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
•Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
•Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
•Ability to adapt quickly, remain composed under pressure, and maintain a proactive mindset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,001.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
