About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to partner directly
with the CEO—a high-performing serial entrepreneur with an audacious goal to grow a
real estate private equity platform from $75M to $1B in assets under management
within the next 8 years.
You will be the strategic right hand to a founder who thrives on vision, speed, and
execution—managing across five real estate-focused businesses:
•Private Equity Investment
•Brokerage Sales & Property Management
•Consulting & Advisory Services
Who You’ll Support:
The CEO is known for a ruthless work ethic, relentless pursuit of growth, and a gift for
creative problem solving. He is a master at identifying opportunities and rallying a team
around a bold vision. He’s scaling fast, balancing leadership across multiple companies,
and is now ready to delegate high-leverage activities to a true partner in execution.But he’s also self-aware:
•He moves fast—which means plans change.
•He struggles with granular management and administrative consistency.
•He’s in transition—letting go of lower-leverage tasks to focus on scaling.
This is where you come in.
What You’ll Do:
•Own the CEO’s schedule, inbox, and calendar—prioritize ruthlessly and filter noise
•Act as a gatekeeper and problem-solver: anticipate issues, eliminate distractions, and
streamline execution
•Create SOPs, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects
move forward
•Help translate vision into actionable steps across multiple companies and teams
•Support financial oversight, contracts, reporting, and light bookkeeping
•Coordinate with legal, consultants, investors, and third-party vendors
•Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist with pitch decks, investor
materials, and fundraising efforts
•Manage confidential matters with discretion and loyalty
•Serve as a sounding board and strategic partner—help the CEO think more clearly
and operate more efficiently
What You Bring:
•Proven experience supporting a fast-paced executive or entrepreneur—ideally in real
estate, private equity, or multi-business environments
•World-class organizational skills—you live in the details, never miss a follow-up, and
thrive on structure• A strategic mindset—able to understand the big picture while keeping your feet on the
ground
•Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and persuasive
•Tech-savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, project management
tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
•Loyalty, discretion, and a desire to serve and protect your executive’s time, energy,
and focus
•Ability to work autonomously and anticipate what’s needed before being asked

Pay: $74,114.00 - $83,075.00 per year
