Engineer - Level I (1 yr electrical exp req)

Although this is an entry-level position within our company, we are looking for someone with established electrical experience. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Preferably in the power industry.

Pay rate dependent on experience and assessment.

GST Power Service Group, Inc are subcontractor's onsite at Archer Daniels Midland.

Extensive technical knowledge and the skills required to perform field testing and maintenance, installation, trouble shooting and repair of the following distribution equipment (480V to 15 kV): circuit breakers; transformers; protective relays; switchgear, motor controls and associated substation apparatus, as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in the power systems industry.

The successful candidate must also possess the necessary skills to perform DC/AC hipotential testing, power factor testing, time motion analysis, turns ratio and/or protective relay testing as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate.

AutoCAD experience a MUST

Potential candidates will have an interview with site supervisors and complete an assessment to determine level of electrical skills/capabilities.
