About the Role

Tallento Corp is expanding into Texas and is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Energy Technicians.

This is a production-based position. We reward performance, efficiency, and results rather than hourly attendance.

The more you learn and produce, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

Install energy efficiency upgrades in residential homes:

- Insulation (attic, crawl, walls)

- Air sealing

- Duct sealing

- Water-saving devices

- Perform basic diagnostic testing (blower door, pressure checks)

- Follow work orders provided by Weatherization programs (WAP)

- Work in teams to complete homes efficiently and safely

- Interact professionally with homeowners

Compensation Structure

$180 – $250 per day (based on experience and performance)

· Production-based (not hourly)

· Opportunity to increase earnings quickly

· Growth into Lead Technician roles with higher pay

We are building crews in Texas. Strong performers will:

- Move into Lead Technician roles

- Help build and manage crews

- Grow with Tallento’s expansion into Georgia and Texas

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Comfortable working in Attics, Crawl spaces, Ladders / physical work

- Basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn

- Team player with good attitude

Preferred (Not Required)

- Construction or HVAC experience

- Hands-on labor background

- BPI / EPA Certifications

- We train and certify the right candidates

Travel Requirement

- Must be willing to travel

- Local Texas work

- Out-of-state assignments (as needed)
