Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and optimize our online retail operations. This role is central to driving e-commerce growth and delivering a seamless shopping experience across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day management of e-commerce websites and online marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)
•Implement website updates, promotional content, and merchandising strategies
•Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and drive traffic and conversions
•Ensure accurate and timely product uploads, descriptions, and pricing updates
•Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers as needed
Qualifications:
•3–5 years of e-commerce management experience (reporting tools and data-driven decision-making)
•Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or WordPress
•Strong understanding of online marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart
•Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
•Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
•Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
•Familiarity with product photography or content creation tools
•Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms)
