Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Shop Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. This is not a desk-only position — we are a small team, and this role requires someone who can jump between quoting, managing the shop floor, coordinating material orders, and occasionally stepping in to assist with machining or pickups if needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in shop performance, and understands the balance between leadership and roll-up-your-sleeves responsibility.
