Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and launch of new fan and motor products and product enhancements for the Home Comfort market (residential heating, cooling, and ventilation) in support of the regional strategy. They manage their product lines throughout the product lifecycle from market analysis to product planning to new product commercialization. This role involves overseeing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing / Operations, and R&D / Engineering.
