Product Manager

Energy Solutions is current seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our Business Strategy Team. As a Product Manager at Energy Solutions, you will serve as a product development and management expert for one or more practice areas including Distributed Energy Resources, Energy Efficiency, Decarbonization, Energy Codes & Standards.  You will lead the product development of new products and service offerings, in close collaboration with the practice area leadership team. In addition, you will drive the update and refinement of existing products to continue offering competitive and profitable existing products to the market.

Salary is commensurate with experience within the pay bands of $93,000 - $115,000/Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in  [six different locations](%22https://energy-solution.com/contact-us/%22). Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
