We are currently seeking to hire a Product Manager at our location in Michigan City, Indiana.


Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of innovative products within our Mobile Power Solutions® portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and ensure successful product delivery that aligns with business goals.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing product roadmaps, conducting competitive analysis, and driving go-to-market plans. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively champion the product both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Gather and prioritize customer requirements through direct engagement and feedback.
Work closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to guide product development.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and messaging.
Support sales and marketing teams with product training, collateral, and customer presentations.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Ensure all product activities comply with relevant industry standards and internal quality procedures.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
