Position Summary

Directly responsible for multiple products within a portfolio and/or management responsibilities of Product Owners aligned to a specific value-stream, workflow, customer journey or product family.

Provides leadership and has accountability for successfully defining and delivering products that anticipate the needs of customers/workers/users, delivering results against P&L objectives.

This position is highly involved in the funding management and budgeting processes for portfolio.

Specific Requirements

+ Must be able to identify system errors, data inconsistencies, configuration issues, or process breakdowns and resolve them to ensure smooth business operations. It requires both technical knowledge of SAP modules and strong analytical and communication skills.

+ Own roadmap for data governance, pipeline, and reporting products (Power Apps, PowerBI, and others) + Define and prioritize technical requirements for ETL pipelines and power platform solutions + Drive development of PowerApps and Power BI dashboards aligned with business goals

+ Map out workflows + Ensure alignment with cross functional teams + Continuously improve processes based on feedback / product evolution + Familiarity with using Miro, Jira, Visio, Confluence and other process management and development tools.

+ Create concise, user-friendly job aids + Tailor job aids to various audiences (internal teams & end-users) + Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product updates

+ Manage the lifecycle of product related contracts, including negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring. + Develop and maintain statement of work (SOW) with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. + Lead the evaluation, approval, and documentation of change orders impacting cost, scope, and or schedule. + Ensure third-party vendors meet contact requirements, including, delivery of product components or services. + Track and report on contract and SOW milestones and risks.
