What You’ll Do

To efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of all Cast Booster products with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards

- Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.

- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations.

- Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values.

- Supports BEx initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility.

- Ensure compliance with daily processing requirements.

- Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing.

- Responsible for quality inspections during packing procedures.

- Product pouring and handing requirements.

- Responsible for loading empty plastic canisters onto transport trays.

- Manual fork lift operation for material movements.

- Comply with applicable Housekeeping and 5S standards.

- What We’re Looking For:

- High School Diploma or GED Preferred

- Manufacturing experience preferred.

- Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives

- Ability to work constructively in a designed team environment.

- Ability to listen, understand and take technical data from others into consideration in making operational decisions

- Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner

- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason when dealing with emotional topics

- Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for issues in all of the various processes associated with manufacturing
