Azenco Outdoor is looking for a Lead Video Producer to take full ownership of all video and media production for the company. This includes dealer onboarding content for our Lead Generation Program, corporate videos, social content, FAQs, how-to videos, and podcast production.
- Lead production for the Azenco Outdoor Podcast, including planning episode topics, prepping guests, filming, audio setup, and post-production.
- Edit full-length podcast episodes and short-form clips for YouTube, Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage podcast publishing workflows, titling, and episode thumbnails.
- Produce major corporate videos including the Annual Recap Video (2025 Recap).
- Create product explainers, FAQ videos, how-to videos, and internal training videos.
- Deliver 1–2 short-form social media reels per day for the major platforms.
- Maintain Azenco Outdoor’s premium visual identity across all content.
- Own all stages of production: discovery, scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, color, audio, publishing.
- Manage timelines and deliverables, providing updates to the Marketing Lead for approvals.
- Maintain and organize raw footage, media libraries, and templates.
- Convert technical or product information into clear, engaging educational content.
- Conduct onboarding calls and discovery meetings with dealers to understand their market, customer behavior, and content needs.
- Write scripts, concepts, and shot lists tailored to each dealer’s territory and sales approach.
- Plan and manage production schedules, equipment, and logistics.
- Travel out-of-state periodically for dealer content shoots.
- Film and edit high-quality YouTube ads, dealer videos, and promotional content.
- Upload and optimize videos with effective YouTube titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Collaborate on compelling YouTube thumbnails that increase click-through rates.
- Portfolio links required. Applications without samples will not be reviewed.
- 5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or content creation.- Strong shooting skills (camera, audio, lighting), especially for outdoor environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with YouTube SEO, titling strategies, and thumbnail creation.
- Comfortable writing scripts, conducting interviews, and directing on-camera talent.
- Ability to travel occasionally for out-of-state shoots.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to run lean productions with minimal supervision.
- Full-time position based in Hialeah, Florida.
- Primarily on-site, with occasional travel for dealer productions.
- Day-to-day collaboration with the Marketing Lead, who will review deliverables but expects the producer to take the lead on all projects.
