SUMMARY: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring accurate timekeeping, facilitating ongoing training, recruiting, compliance with policies and procedures, travel coordination and supporting central HR Department with various projects. The Division HR representative will assist employees with questions, concerns, payroll and benefits questions and be the liaison between the remote sites and the central office.
· Timekeeping: Administration of the Workyard application for accurate timekeeping, project costing and payroll information.
· Training Support: Facilitate and monitor training requirements, including HR compliance, policies and procedures, safety, and employee development.
· Recruiting: Prepare job postings, screen candidates schedule and participate in team interviews for Repower employees.
· Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodations for staff and visitors, including new hires and travellers.
· Employee Relations: Communicate regularly with employees, answer questions, and provide employee support as needed.
· Policy & Compliance: Work with central HR department to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and Zephyr policies and procedures.
· Ability to articulate solutions, not just report problems.
· Highly focused with good attention to detail.
· Computer/iPad/Phone knowledge for completing daily safety, quality, and progress reports.
· Demonstrate and maintain positive relationships with all employees and the public.
· Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
· Possess problem solving, reasoning, reasonable judgement and analytical skills.
· Ability to comply with appropriate task deadlines.
· Work independently and as a team member as required.
