A duel role of doing some dispatching and accounting work.

Recruiting a motivated and proactive professional to fill an invoicing and accounts receivable analyst role in Monroe, Louisiana.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to document project activity and accurately prepare customer invoicing.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand and correct prior billing deficiencies to expedite customer acceptance and payment of invoices.

- Assist with vendor & customer analysis.

- Month-end / quarter-end close and reporting.

- Keep accurate and organized paper and electronic records.

- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

- Degree in accounting/finance/business preferred.

- Relevant project tracking/receivables accounting experience preferred.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High degree of integrity and attention to detail.

- Team player with results-oriented focus and commitment to meeting deadlines.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
