Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide a high level of customer service for product maintenance and repair in the shop.
Primary Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets and downhole tools from trucks with the use of forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Review and document Internal and External Customers orders.
- Communicate orders in person, over phones, and through NOV applications (TRM).
- Prepare shipping documents for outgoing NOV products.
- Clean and maintain efficient workspace/area.
- Maintain a clean driving record to operate NOV owned vehicles.
- Participate in action plans for new projects defined by management.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ship, receive, and maintain accurate records for repairs of downhole products.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience displayed and recorded which is applicable to the service pertinent tools preferred
- Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred
- Adheres to all HSE and QMS requirements.
- Working hours to be identified by manager.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.
- This position will require 10% domestic travel.
- Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
- Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperature.
- All incoming tools are checked in and added to the Dispatch Shipping and Receiving App within two hours of being unloaded.
- Incoming ITRAX must be flagged within two hours of being unloaded.
- All outgoing tools need transfer slips completed and added to the Dispatch Shipping and Receiving App within two hours of loading truck.
- Tool descriptions must be entered in TAT on all outgoing tools along with connections being verified/updated.
