Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team on-site at our Boerne, TX location. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing fuel deliveries, communicating with drivers to provide route assignments, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Other tasks include maintaining records, troubleshooting delivery issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers during operations.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and the driver team.

- Proficiency in logistics planning, routing, and scheduling for optimized delivery processes.

- Experience with systems or software for dispatching, route management, or order tracking.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle emergency or urgent fueling requests.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Prior experience in logistics or delivery coordination, especially in fueling or transportation services, is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or related fields are an advantage.
