Diesel Mechanic

Dynamic Well Services is Growing and looking to add a couple of Diesel Mechanics and Technicians to our staff. We are looking for Diesel Mechanics and Technicians who have verifiable experience in the Bakken and can hit the ground running. We service some of the top Oil Producers in the field and want to continue growing our reputation as one of the top service providers in the area. You will be helping us with this by making sure all of the equipment is in good running condition.

Job Duties

- Troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment

- Operate equipment to diagnose problems, inspect equipment for defects

- Repair and maintain heavy equipment such as loaders, manlifts, light plants, frac tanks, Kenworth and Peterbilt Semis, as well as hot shot trucks etc.

- Perform preventative maintenance as required

- Ability to work through unexpected equipment failure situations

- Ability to read and interpret specifications and manuals

- Minimal welding

- Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Qualities

- Technical degree or certification a plus

- OSHA 10, PEC, One Basin One Way is a huge plus

- Positive attitude and the ability to set goals and accomplish them

- The desire to take advantage of certification opportunities to have the most updated product training

- Solid written and verbal communication skill

- Class A CDL required

Position Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy duty trucks

- Be able to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs

- A knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, gasoline and record keeping

- Must have your own set of general tools

- Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions

- Clean driving record
