Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
•
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
•
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
•
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
•
Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues as needed.
•
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry into our systems.
•
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
•
Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
•
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
Requirements
•
Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
•
Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
•
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
•
Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers.
•
Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
•
Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is essential.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
•
