Family owned and operated, Diversified Plumbing Services of SWFL is a top residential and commercial plumbing company based in Fort Myers, Florida. We are growing, and need a strategic and tactical team member to drive our busy office. We need someone who wants an active role in the company: from collaborating with the team on operational strategies, to ensuring our fleet of techs are well-equipped to providing exceptional service to our customers. This person will be integral to our office!
● Energetic, enthusiastic with good phone etiquette.
● Carry out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies.
● Act as the first, welcoming point-of-contact for clients and vendors.
● Prepare weekly reports, documentation and call logs.
● Experience with Field Edge software is a plus, but not required.
● Act as a liaison between DPS and customers, current or prospective.
● Support the company’s efforts in building market share (i.e. handle incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, scheduling follow-up services, etc.)
● Responsible for other tasks within the office, as needed.● 2+ years prior fast paced Office Administration
● Prior experience with Microsoft Office
● Scheduling software experience preferred: Field Edge would be ideal.● Competitive pay + benefits.
