As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Take quotes and orders in person and by phone
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Enter customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience
- Experience with Microsoft NAV (preferred, but not required)
