Customer Service Representative

Ohio Gas Company is seeking an individual to join our customer service team. In office position with job hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

- Serving customers via telephone

- Providing information regarding natural gas services

- Assisting with service issues in a friendly and efficient manner

- Developing payment plans and accepting payments in accordance with regulations

- Maintaining detailed customer records

- Processing internal reports

Requirements Include:

- Experience in accounting and/or billing functions

- Prior customer service/call center experience

- Computer literate with MS Office and ability to learn specialized software

- Spanish speaking ability helpful, but not required
