- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and account information
- Enter and manage service orders accurately in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through timely communication and follow-up
- Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, service proposals, and pricing requests
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing accounts to identify additional service opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate (container cleaning, pressure testing, recycling, etc.)
- Assist outside sales and operations teams with customer coordination and documentation
- Coordinate service schedules with operations and dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and service history
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer specifications
- Assist with invoicing support, documentation, and reporting as required
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or industrial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Professional phone manner and strong problem-solving skills
- Office-based position with frequent interaction with operations and field personnel
