Griffin Armament is an industry-leading manufacturing technology company in the firearms market segment and is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Watertown, Wisconsin team. The position is 1st shift and falls under the Sales department for supervision and tasking. The pay would be hourly plus commission and quarterly bonus.

We have a thriving team environment and are selective when we add team members to our company.

We are searching for people who have an genuine interest in firearms. The ideal candidate has experience at a gun counter or prior industry experience.

WHO YOU ARE :

We are looking for someone who is excited to enter the firearms market space in order to passionately assist our great customers. We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player who desires job stability year to year in the firearms market.

This job provides a variety of different work responsibilities such as speaking with (via phone) and emailing end-users to resolve issues, answering questions to be friendly and helpful, resolving specific customer service issues that may involve the assistance of other departments, etc. Additionally, the customer service specialist is responsible for executing the communication and fulfillment of promotional programs, and working with other team members within the organization in an effort to promote total company health and improvement.

Also, this job is a call center position for our B2C sales program. This individual is responsible for closing unit sales to consumers via phone calls and emails.

This position is also required to travel 25% of their time. Traveling to different events (B2B and B2C) around the nation is required. You will travel to large events in large cities as will as smaller national and local events to sell product direct to consumers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE POSITION :

- A passion and basic knowledge of firearms and shooting sports.

- A positive uplifting attitude that results in consistent customer satisfaction

- Ability to adhere to task management and scheduling/reporting requirements.

- High proficiency in oral and written communication skills (Good grammar, spelling, and creative writing)

- High School Diploma
