Join the Customer Programs team and support process improvements, research projects, and paperless‑workflow initiatives while offering fresh insights into how we serve our customers.
- Assist with research for customer programs and ongoing department projects
- Support organization and paperless initiatives, including scanning and filing
- Review legacy system records and validate updates in C2M
- Review processes, identify gaps, and help create customer‑facing quick reference materials
- Partner closely with staff to complete assigned tasks and contribute new perspectives
If you’re organized, curious, and ready to help improve customer‑facing programs, this internship gives you hands‑on experience and meaningful project work.
- Currently enrolled in an accredit ed associate or bachelor’s degree program in technical writing, communications, business administration, public administration , English, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and a variety of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent oral communication and written communication skills
- Applicants should be able to commit to the entire internship duration.
- 1 st Year of College completed: $17
- 2 nd Year of College completed: $18
- 3 rd Year of College completed: $19
- Graduate Student: up to $ 25 - Pay commensurate with experience
