Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Logistics and Documentation Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage logistics documentation, coordinate shipments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations. Your multilingual skills and strong communication abilities will help us serve a diverse client base effectively while maintaining accurate data entry and documentation processes.
- Coordinate customer ship dates, delivery schedules, and site contact information to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between customers, internal teams, and the 3PL provider for outbound shipments.
- Prepare all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and any required compliance paperwork.
- Manage and produce the serialization and traceability documentation for tank products, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Verify that all shipment details align with customer requirements, internal production schedules, and inventory availability.
- Maintain organized records of shipping documents, serial numbers, and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate and assist sales, engineering, operations, inventory, purchasing, and quality with assigned tasks to help ensure smooth workflow and information flow.
- Write Up, Enter and Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, entry into our ERP system E2 ECI JobBoss.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and documentation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in logistics coordination, shipping, customer service, or manufacturing operations preferred. Minimum 3 years in the office.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, ERP systems preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation or serialization processes is a plus.
