We are seeking a experienced full-time Client Experience Manager for our Jacksonville office. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of one year of business and receptionists experience, preferably in insurance or roofing field, but not required. The person works independently, and at time without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detailed oriented and able to multitask.
