Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (On-call availability required)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for improving improve the employee experience by supporting the creation and execution of learning and development programs as well as all initiatives focused on helping our workforce thrive. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
•Develops and facilitates training and development programs related to the Company’s policies, culture, and employment law
•Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
•Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
•Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
•Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
•Develops a robust set of leadership competencies and behavioral frameworks to guide leadership development and performance expectations at all levels.
•Oversees New Hire Orientation, continuously improve onboarding experiences, ensuring every new team member feels set up for success.
•Partners with Leadership to enhance and implement a performance management framework that promotes continuous feedback, development conversations, and aligned goal setting.
•Evaluates and recommend improvements to our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it supports current and future learning needs.
•Serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert in L&D best practices, driving a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
•Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
•Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
•Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
•Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License and clean driving record
•In-person, predictable attendance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
•Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
•Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
•SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.

•Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
•Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to employee experience and digital tools.
•Ability to develop innovative and engaging presentation content that captivates employees.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
•Strong presentation software and digital literacy proficiency
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence
•Ability to see things from multiple perspectives and communicate all perspectives in a tactful and productive manner

The Employee Experience Manager works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, they may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, they should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
