DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
•Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all prospective Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) customers via incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers from start to finish
•Qualify RRC prospects on phone utilizing proper needs assessment techniques and upfront contracts
•Manage and maintain all outgoing communication relative to online lead requests via Angie’s List, Facebook, and Podium, etc.
•Maintain all RRC KPI sales tracking sheets and docs through GSuite daily
•Assist in all the RRC accounts receivable activities daily, e.g., collections, payment processing, invoicing, etc.
•Maintain inventory levels of all office supplies
•Maintain all platforms of social media including creative content generation which is required on a weekly basis
•Assist in the maintenance of minor changes to RRC website
•Assist in team event building and planning
•Assist with various administrative tasks
•Manage phone systems and answering service software
•Assist with various marketing initiatives e.g., creative, digital, print, etc.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
•Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere
•Ability to speak articulately
•Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and social media platforms
•Bachelor's degree preferred
