Overview
As our Customer Service Manager, you will be the primary guardian of the customer experience. Your mission is to ensure every customer feels heard, respected, and supported, particularly in relation to product or service delivery quality. You’ll take ownership of all incoming customer issues, escalate recurring trends, and implement corrective solutions to minimize future complaints. Your leadership will help drive internal accountability and build a reputation of excellence and care that our customers can rely on.
Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints.
•Maintain a daily log of customer service incidents.
•Post weekly summaries of recurring issues to identify trends and improve accountability.
•Identify and document the underlying causes of recurring service problems.
•Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve root causes and reduce repeat incidents.
•Use customer feedback to drive internal improvements and increase brand reputation.
