We're seeking a versatile Corporate Office Support team member to provide backup support across departments and help keep operations running smoothly
Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to be cross trained in multiple departments, including accounting, purchasing, customer service, and operations. You’ll gain valuable experience across the company and support various teams as needed.
This position is perfect for someone who wants to learn many aspects of the business and grow into a specialized role over time.
Responsibilities
•Receive cross-training and provide backup support in multiple departments
•Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoice tracking, and email handling
•Assist with reporting, inventory updates, and internal communications
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
•Respond promptly and professionally to internal department requests
•Help cover staffing gaps during breaks, absences, or busy periods
•Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
•Support special projects and other office duties as assigned
•Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements
•One to two years of office or administrative assistant experience preferred.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook)
•Willingness to learn, adapt, and be cross trained in multiple departments
•Positive attitude and flexibility
•Help cover staffing gaps during breaks, absences, or busy periods
•Familiarity with phone systems and office software applications.
•Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
•High school diploma or equivalent required, some college is a plus.
Schedule
•Monday to Friday, day shift 7:00 to 5:00
•Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Sun Valley, CA 91352
