The Corporate Intern will support our Sales teams with local event planning and traninig logisitics. By collaborating with Field and Sales Enablement teams, you'll hlep coordinate vendor and internal trainings, customer-facing activities, and a variety of other enablement events that equip our teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across branches.
- Works within the department on day to day projects; which include but are not limited to activities related to process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, documentation, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Event Planning & Logistics: Support enablement event needs(e.g., vendor trainings, counter days, workshops, and customer sessions), including venue selection, scheduling, catering, travel coordination, and post-event wrap-up. Bulid and manage registration lists and invitations, and collect and analyze survey feedback.
- Communications: Aids in developing necessary event communications, including invitations, coordinating with venue personnel via phone/email, creating surverys, and writing articles used for internal communication purposes.
- Documentation: Work wiht Field Enablement Specialists to document standardized event checklist.
- Market Development Funds Support: Assist with estimating event costs, tracking spend, reconciling invoices/receipts, and ensuring MDF compliance and documenation. Includes creating promotional flyers using standardized formats and templates.
- Builds relationships through meetings, events and one-on-ones with various employee owners and leaders.
- Focuses on real-world projects within the department.
- Collaborates with various departments throughout the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
- Must be entering final year of undergraduate study at the time of application (Fall 2026/Spring 2027 graduation date)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry/keyboarding skills and communication systems helpful.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work independently and with a team.
- Prefer strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva).
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, reading, and customer service skills.
- Experience with event planning or campus/club event coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate, responsive and engaged.
