We are seeking a strategic and collaborative finance leader to join our growing, profitable construction services company as Controller. This role offers an opportunity to shape the financial future of a well-established, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) infrastructure company experiencing significant expansion.

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements (e.g., corporate dashboards, monthly gross profit)
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls
- Implement a new ERP system (CMiC) currently only used in Chicago office
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Proven financial leadership experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA preferred
- Proficiency with Construction ERP systems, preferably CMiC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- 10+ years in Commercial Construction Accounting - 5+ years as a controller- Managed portfolio of Revenue over $100M
- Primarily self-performed work vs GC (General Contractor)
