As a Contracts & Proposal Coordinator you will develop commercial and technical proposals in coordination with Business Development, Operations, and other teams. Key responsibilities include assessing opportunities, drafting proposal documents, reviewing contracts, leading meetings, and managing deadlines. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This role ensures the delivery of client-focused solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
What would you be doing?
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle, including RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, and prequalifications, ensuring client-focused, submission-ready packages.
- Plan, write, edit, and compile high-quality proposal content, including project profiles, resumes, and templates.
- Coordinate contributors using responsibility matrices, track deadlines, and ensure complete, accurate, and timely submissions.
- Edit and proof all proposal materials for clarity, consistency, accuracy, grammar, and branding alignment.
- Organize and manage proposal documentation, identify scopes of work and subcontracting opportunities, and maintain records in Salesforce CRM.
- Support Business Development and Project Development teams through research, technical writing, Q&A support, and general proposal assistance and Ad Hoc duties as needed.
