Community Solar Team Leader – Virginia (LMI Program)

One Energy Solutions is expanding its Community Solar operations in Virginia, with a strong focus on Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) Community Solar programs. We are seeking a driven, motivated, and enthusiastic Team Leader to help launch and scale new Community Solar initiatives across the state.

Role Overview

As a Community Solar Team Leader, you will be responsible for building, training, and leading a high-performing enrollment team while actively driving customer acquisition in approved Community Solar territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and train new Community Solar representatives

- Lead by example by acquiring and enrolling customers into active Community Solar projects

- Manage assigned territories, including tracking enrollments and identifying eligible program areas

- Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and professional conduct

- Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance and customer service skills

- Track performance metrics and consistently achieve weekly enrollment goals and company quotas

- Act as a point of leadership and accountability for your team in the field
