- The "No-Brainer" Pitch: We help ComEd and Ameren Illinois customers subscribe to local solar gardens. They get guaranteed monthly credits on their electric bills.

- The Hook: There are zero sign-up fees, no installation required, and no long-term contracts. You aren't "selling" a bill; you're handing out savings.

Illinois is currently a goldmine for energy sales thanks to the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA). The state has mandated massive expansion for community solar, making it more popular than ever. Whether your customers are in Chicago, Peoria, or Rockford, if they have a ComEd or Ameren account, they are eligible to save.

The Pay: Real Money for Real Results

We don't do caps. We don't do limits.

- Average Rep Earnings: $1,500 – $2,500 weekly.

- Payment Structure: Uncapped commissions with weekly payouts.

What You’ll Do:

- Educate: Inform residents about the Illinois state-sponsored community solar programs.

- Enroll: Help customers switch to a cleaner, cheaper energy source using our streamlined digital enrollment process.

- Close: Manage your own territory and hit weekly targets. This is a field-based, face-to-face role where your personality is your greatest asset.

Who You Are:

- Self-Motivated: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to get to work.

- Ambitious: You are tired of being limited by a fixed salary and want to determine your own paycheck.

- Communication Pro: You can explain complex programs in simple, exciting terms.

- Experience: Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but if you have the drive, we have the best-in-class training to get you to $2k/week fast.
