CNC Drill Line & Plasma Table Operator / Shop Hand

Position: Plasma Table Operator & Yard Hand

We’re looking for a reliable and driven individual to join our team in a dual role focused on CNC Drill Line and plasma table operations and general shop duties. This position requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Primary Role: CNC Drill Line / Plasma Table Operator

- Load raw steel material onto the CNC drill line/plasma table.

- Initiate burn patterns and operate table via basic computer interface (training provided).

- Retrieve, clean, and organize finished steel cuts from the table.

- Move, stack, and palletize materials using handling equipment.

- Prior experience with forklifts, skid steers, or telehandlers is highly encouraged, though not required.

- Plasma table experience is not necessary—just bring a readiness to learn and basic computer skills.

Secondary Role: Shop Hand

When CNC Drill line / plasma table duties are complete or paused:

- Assist foreman/other employees in the shop with misc. steel tasks.

Requirements

- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. or more (consistently).

- Comfortable working in an industrial environment.

- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
