How You'll Make an Impact

+ Build and maintain relationships with community members. + Plan, develop, and organize events and volunteer activities to advance company goals. + Coordinate community outreach programs and special events to promote our mission. + Utilize social media to enhance community relations. + Draft and distribute content that highlights the company and its initiatives. + Select and disseminate positive publicity materials through various channels. + Assist with recruitment and onboarding of employees. + Develop and implement community engagement strategies aligned with corporate values. + Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your Background

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + 3+ years of experience in community relations, HR, or a related role. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience with event planning and volunteer coordination. + Proficiency in social media management and content creation. + Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. + Knowledge of corporate social responsibility practices.More About Us
