We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Duties

- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various cleaning tasks.

- Conduct routine maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

- Lift heavy equipment and materials as required during the cleaning process.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any customer interactions.

Requirements

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.

- Ability to operate power tools and use cleaning supplies safely. All equipment and supplies will be provided.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
