About the Role

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the face of Summit on every job — working

on some of the most beautiful properties in Utah while delivering results our clients brag

about.

This is a hands-on, physical role where no two days look the same. You’ll start part-time

with a clear path toward full-time hours as the season builds.

What You’ll Do

Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and frames on residential and

commercial properties

Safely operate ladders, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems at varying heights

Clean and maintain solar panels per company and manufacturer standards

Represent Summit Window & Solar Cleaning professionally in every client interaction

Inspect and report any window damage or concerns to clients and your supervisor

Keep all equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition

Follow all safety protocols including ladder and roof access procedures

Complete job documentation and communicate arrival/completion times accurately

Requirements — Non-Negotiable

✅Reliable personal transportation — most work is in Park City and punctuality is

everything.

✅Must pass a full background check — you'll be working inside private homes and

businesses

✅Exceptional trustworthiness and integrity — our clients open their homes to us; this is

the job's most important quality

✅Outstanding customer service skills — professional, friendly, and attentive at every

job

✅Athletic and comfortable working at heights — ladders, rooftops, and multi-story

windows are part of every week

✅Physical fitness — ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and move for extended periods

✅Strong attention to detail — every pane should be spotless before you leave

✅Prior experience in window cleaning

Preferred (Not Required)

-Experience working in high-end residential or luxury property environments

-Familiarity with water-fed pole or pure water cleaning methods
