As a Business Intelligence Analyst you are responsible for delivering reporting and Business Intelligence solutions to business users and management. You will also advise all levels of business on the best methods to gain insight on business processes, and develop solutions giving the business-critical information for decision making. Your duties will include l coordinating business and technical resources to achieve results using a combination of projects, research, and support engagements.

What You'll Do

- Manages data retrieval and analysis within an organization.

- Organizes data points and communicating between upper management and the IT department.

- Assists in analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs.

- Reviews data to understand trends and develop insights.

- Establishes performance metrics, creating reports, and communicating findings to guide business decisions and strategies.

What You'll Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent.

- 5 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters

- OR, Master’s Degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent and 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters. Experience can include coursework and internships.

- Salary: $135,845 per year

Work Environment

- Work is typically performed in an office setting

- Telecommuting is permitted

- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

- Some travel is required
